Scheduling Policy

*NEW POLICY – PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT*

All appointments must be scheduled online through our secure online booking system, ACUITY.

While not all appointments require a deposit, a valid credit or debit card IS required.

Eye Deux is by appointment only.  We respectfully ask that you give Eye Deux a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice if you must reschedule/cancel an appointment via PHONE OR EMAIL. Voice messages are checked daily.

TEXT MESSAGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO SCHEDULE/CANCEL/RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.  A “no call/no show” or last minute cancellation results in an empty room and an inconvenience for other patrons.  If one does not cancel in the appropriate time frame, they will be charged 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) of the total services scheduled.

Payments Accepted:

All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Confirmations:

Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation by email/text message. You will receive a reminder email/text message 48 hours before your appointment. This confirmation includes the location, date, time, service(s) and price(s) you have selected. Any changes in the appointment can be made using the link in your confirmation email.
